The T4 Express Elevated Road is the first stage of a two-stage project which will address growing traffic congestion at Melbourne Airport.
The new elevated road will be a direct link route from the Tullamarine Freeway and T4 ground transport hub and short-term car park.
It is expected that the Terminal 4 Express Link will make travel time 30% faster for drivers to reach Terminal 4 and is anticipated to carry 5,000 vehicles per day when completed in 2021.
