This project delivered 214 apartments and amenities to accommodate more than 300 Charles Darwin University students.
Modular units were assembled in a factory and transported to the seven-storey site for installation.
Students’ needs were paramount, with enclosed study rooms on every level and large desks in every room.
RLB provided cost planning and value management services, pre-contract management, negotiated variations and post contract progress assessments.
Our experience in the provision of cost and delivery advice for modular projects, helped meet operational difficulties and structural challenges.
