Incorporating benchmark Environmental Sustainability Design initiatives, the village features 1,021 beds in a variety of configurations from one- to eight-bed apartments.

All apartments are fully furnished and include all the facilities required for the ‘study’ lifestyle, including ample work space and high speed internet access in all rooms. RLB have been involved in the project from the outset providing cost planning, procurement advice, tender review, operational expenditure reporting, life cycle costing, progress claim assessment, variation assessment and certification of occupancy readiness.
