Working with Australia’s largest theme park operator

VILLAGE ROADSHOW THEME PARKS

Village Roadshow operates several of the Gold Coast’s most quintessential landmarks including Movie World, Wet’n’Wild, Sea World, Topgolf, Australian Outback Spectacular and Paradise County. RLB works extensively with the operator throughout all their parks to provide full quantity surveying and project management services for the refurbishment and new development of various attractions, precincts, and studios.

At Australia’s leading entertainment-based tourist attraction, Movie World, RLB has provided quantity surveying services on attractions including the Superman Escape Roller Coaster, Fig Tree Stage and Kids WB! Fun Zone. We also work in close collaboration with Village Roadshow Studios in their management and expansion of sound stages and production facilities adjacent to the theme park.

At Sea World, Australia’s premier marine park, RLB has delivered several of the park’s landmark attractions including the Bermuda Triangle, Storm Coaster, Castaway Bay, the Leviathan, and the Vortex, as well as exhibits including Polar Bear Shores, Shark Bay, Penguin Encounter and Sea Jellies Illuminated. We have also worked extensively on park facilities including restaurants, function rooms, the monorail station and main park entrance.

At Wet’n’Wild, RLB provided superintendent services in the delivery of a new waterslide precinct featuring three new attractions; the Kaboom!, Double Barrel and Super Ripper and a splash zone H2Oasis. We have also provided quantity surveying services on the Mammoth River Ride, Whirlpool, Black Hole and Mach 3, Tornado Ride and Water Mountain refurbishment amongst others.
RLB has additionally worked together with Village Roadshow in the development of the Australian Outback Spectacular, Paradise Country, and Australia’s first and only Topgolf, a technology-enabled sports and entertainment destination.
