Our apprentices learn on the job while gaining an academic and professional qualification. Along the way, they benefit from fees paid for by RLB, earn while you learn, opportunities to travel, professional qualifications and access to a structured training program.

Supporting professional qualifications
You’ll be encouraged to achieve any professional qualifications essential to your role and your development. The most common include MRICS and MCIOB (QS, BS & PM).
You’ll also be encouraged and enabled to continue your technical learning through updated learning and internal core CPD courses, supported by the dedicated CPD representative in your office.
