Sam Graham

Sam Graham is a Managing Director of RLB in the Middle East, based in our Dubai office.

He is responsible for the overall management of the UAE and Qatar offices with a focus on strategic leadership, business development and client relationships. Since joining RLB in 1998, Sam has been providing expert advice to our clients with a specific expertise in executive cost consultancy, conceptual cost planning, commercial management, and cost management of major projects.

Sam joined our London office in 2004 before moving to the Middle East in 2009. Sam’s extensive experience covers a variety of sectors including retail, commercial, residential, industrial, health, hotels and leisure.

Sam received his qualifications in Construction Economics from the University of Technology, Sydney, and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
