The Arabian Centre Mall has approximately 200 outlets spread over two floors, providing retail, leisure and entertainment options. The mall is positioned on a 56,000m2 plot with exterior parking for 1,500 vehicles and a utility block on site which houses the main chilled water plant and equipment.

RLB were appointed to provide client representation in the negotiation and settlement of a dilapidations claim at the end of an operator’s tenure. Working on behalf of the operator, RLB undertook a series of independent inspections, reviewed the landlord’s claim, negotiated an agreed schedule of works that was fair to both parties.
