RLB is delighted to announce several key promotions in Queensland, as Adam Bradshaw is appointed Manager of Advisory and Scott Cousins, Rowena Maggacis and Michael Rout step into the role of Associate.

Adam Bradshaw joined RLB in 2014, and currently leads RLB’s advisory team while supporting the estimating and cost planning teams across every sector. During his time with RLB, Adam has contributed to landmark projects, including Cross River Rail, Inland Rail and 480 Queen Street.

With 17 years of experience in pre- and post-contract administration, cost reporting, and all-round quantity surveying as well as specialisation in the industrial sector, Scott Cousins has worked on numerous impressive projects including the iconic Queens Wharf in Brisbane and Logan Hospital.

Having joined RLB in 2012 as a cadet quantity surveyor, Rowena Maggacis has since amassed experience in the commercial and retail sectors and a portfolio of projects including Queens Wharf, 300 George Street, the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre redevelopment and Ipswich City Heart Development.

Experienced civil estimator and engineer Michael Rout has 20-plus years under his belt and is multi-skilled in estimating, procurement and site engineering on major civil infrastructure projects. Michael has contributed his skills on projects including Inland Rail, Moreton Bay Seawall Renewal and Bundaberg East Levy.
