Sephton Wolmarans has been appointed to the position of Associate with Rider Levett Bucknall in the ACT.

Sephton is an experienced quantity surveyor with 21 years’ experience gained working on projects including embassies and high commissions, government fit outs, healthcare, data centres and educational institutions in Australia and South Africa with values up to $400 million.

RLB Director Fiona Doherty said she is delighted to welcome Sephton into his new role.

Sephton joined RLB in Canberra in 2019. He brings a wealth of experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality of service. He comes at an exciting time in our history, as the delivery of major infrastructure, and various government and university buildings, require new ways of working and collaboration.

Building on RLB’s long history of success in Canberra, Sephton will continue to forge strong relationships to deliver client goals.

“RLB’s past inclusiveness is essential to instigating future collaborative projects and I look forward to many productive associations with many different stakeholders in my new role,” said Sephton.
