Thank you to all the entrants who submitted nominations.

Danni obtained a 100% Customer Satisfaction rating in a supplier performance review, the only 100% awarded by the Ministry for Education. The review recognised Danni’s “invaluable, expert knowledge”, her role “keeping the project well within budget” and “consistently challenging the contractor and adding value throughout the process. As the review noted “she was an asset to the team”.

Derek Campbell – ICT Group Manager, RLB CCS

Derek has collaborated closely with key product users to provide bespoke solutions. He has continually improved the usability of software along with enhancements to provide stability and increased user interface experience.

Young Achiever Award

This award honours ‘action’ and is reserved for passionate young achievers with bold minds and fresh perspectives.

Dan Keatley – Senior Quantity Surveyor in Auckland

Through Dan’s input, RLB in Auckland has helped Watercare to understand the value proposition of using the cost-plus model to deliver urgent infrastructure projects. RLB has made recommendations that extend improvements beyond construction into consultant performance and internal costs.

Mason has independently managed several successful rollout commissions in Melbourne. He has extended himself far beyond the expectation of his years of experience and has proven to be a solid young achiever and future leader.

Kartik Nathan – Quantity Surveyor in Auckland

Special Thanks And Recognition Scheme (STARS)

The STARS Awards celebrate the leadership of those who best demonstrate how to make our RLB values part of our everyday work.

They provide the opportunity to celebrate not only what people do but how they go about doing it. Recognising a colleague or a team for their contribution brings to life the stories behind our achievements.

Congratulations to the 2022 winners for reinforcing our values and further shaping our culture.
