Eleven rising stars have been shortlisted for the Future Leader of the Year at the 2020 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards, including RLB Director in New South Wales, Tracy Burnham.

Tracy has been with Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) for over 15 years based in RLB’s Wellington, London and Sydney offices.

Prior to joining RLB NSW, Tracy was based in the RLB London office from 2008 to 2011, leading the arts and heritage sector.

Tracy was involved in a variety of interesting projects including the Southwark Cathedral, the London Bombing Memorial, the President Reagan Memorial, and high-value private residential properties for high-net-worth individuals.

Tracy became a Director of RLB in 2018 and has significant experience on unique major projects including the Frank Gehry-designed Dr Chau Chak Wing Building for UTS.

Tracy is a vocal advocate for adoption of new technologies in the QS profession and is a great role model and mentor.

RLB has partnered with the Property Council of Australia to present the Innovation & Excellence Awards program since its inception in 1982.
