ELWOOD HOUSE
This four-storey boutique residential development on a 1,404 square-metre site is a contemporary interpretation of the tradition and environment of Elwood Village.
Designed by Woods Bagot, with interiors by Hecker Guthrie, Elwood House reunites the team behind the multiple award-winning The Garden House.
The building’s façade blends exposed concrete, feature brickwork, and balcony planter boxes overflowing with greenery. Elwood House features 30 high-end one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, 56 underground car spaces, boutique retail and a restaurant.
The project was completed in May 2017. RLB provided cost management and quantity surveying services.
