EQUINIX ME1 DATA CENTRE
This project involves the construction of new 9,800 square-metre purpose built Tier 3 Data Centre with 99.999% reliability and a Silver Star LEED rating.
The technical space will be constructed in 4 stages, with approximately 375 racks per stage. The works include a high level of new engineering services installations (approximately 70% of the total costs) to meet the demands of the new data centre.
RLB provided cost planning, estimating, value engineering and tendering services.
