Changing the skyline of downtown Los Angeles

METROPOLIS

Four new gleaming mixed-use towers by Shanghai-based developer, Greenland Group, will change the skyline in downtown Los Angeles.

This Gensler-designed project is predicted to be the largest of its type on the west coast, and includes a 350-bed, four-star hotel tower, and three condominium towers with over 1,400 units, as well as parking for 2,300 cars and ground-floor retail.
The project, which began in 2014, is the first of several projects planned by Greenland throughout North America.
