ONE30 HYDE PARK

One30 Hyde Park is one of the newest apartment buildings overlooking Hyde Park.

With a mix of luxurious apartments, ground level retail and basement parking, the 38-level residential tower will provide spectacular views across the city and harbour.

The project involves the demolition of an existing 14-storey commercial building and deep excavation, carried out adjacent to a busy rail tunnel.

Won through the City of Sydney Design Excellence Competition, the Bates Smart design evokes the historic significance and civic nature of Hyde Park, while creating a dynamic contemporary residential tower in the CBD.
