Redevelopment of the Royal Randwick Racecourse Spectator Precinct consists of a five-level luxury grandstand providing exceptional views of the track, parkland and city for the ultimate race day experience.

Multi-purpose entertainment facilities include a new 1,000-seat ballroom, and spaces that can adapt to host first class showcase events such as conferences, trade shows and exhibitions, when the venue is not in race-day mode.

The redevelopment also includes the ‘Theatre of the Horse’ fit out – a two storey owners’ and trainers’ facility with amphitheatre-style parade ring.
