Kenneth has been on the Global Board since its formation in 2007. In his new role, Kenneth will chair the dedicated team of Global Board Members, coordinating the efforts of our global practice and extending our leading position in the global market.

Kenneth expressed his thankfulness to the trust of Global Board Members as well as his confidence in leading RLB going forward. He commented, “RLB’s great reputation as a trusted and independent adviser is rooted in our quality service, deep understanding and experience of regional markets, which flourishes in the strong connections of our global practices. The Global Board Members will work together to bring the best out of our global practices, and enhance value for our customers.”

Kenneth succeeds former Global Chairman, Stephen Mee, who is a Director of RLB in Sydney and Global Board Member.

During his time as Chairman, Stephen supported the global values of RLB through continued business transformation, including moving the firm towards futuristic delivery tools to embrace a changing world and lead with technology.

Stephen congratulated Kenneth on his new appointment, “Kenneth and I have known each other many years before the Global Board was formed. We are good friends and have collaborated on different projects. I have full confidence in his great leadership skills and judgement, which can help RLB to escalate to the next level.”

Kenneth knows the current challenges in our built environment, and believes in RLB’s firm stance in embracing the future, “We will continue to invest in our people and the new technology like BIM. Our extensive knowledge of construction innovations obtained through global network can optimize project outcomes for our clients, and ultimately push forward the development of our industry through knowledge sharing.”

In October this year, the global conference of RLB management will be held in Beijing, China. Kenneth said he is looking forward to having face-to-face communications with the 100 global management delegates. The occasion will serve as a good opportunity to exchange views, share experience and knowledge.
