Mark is a Director of RLB in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) with over 27 years of experience within the construction industry handling large-scale construction real-estate projects in North America, the UK, and the Middle East. He has been involved in program, project and cost management services for high-profile clients across the globe.
With experience across most sectors, Hospitality, Residential, Retail, Commercial, Healthcare and Education, Mark leads Cost Management services for RLB in Riyadh. He has a proven background in the successful delivery of large-scale projects, leading high-performing teams, developing best practices, and providing customer-focused solutions. Managing projects through all stages of pre-construction and post-contract services.
Mark is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
