Richard Anderson is a Director of RLB in Auckland and RLB in Otago, and a director of our Oceania Board.
He is responsible for the direction of the Tauranga office, which includes cost management and advisory services, business development and client liaison across greater Auckland, the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions.
With over 38 years’ experience in the construction industries in the UK, United States and New Zealand, Richard’s portfolio includes rail and roading infrastructure, transport intermodal infrastructure, hotels and resorts, entertainment and hospitality, health, early childhood centres, specialist fit-outs and data centres.
Richard takes an active role in the prestigious Property Council of New Zealand Property Industry Awards as a judge.
He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
