Congratulations to Carseldine Village in Queensland who is in the running for the Procore Award for Development Innovation.

As a showcase residential community, Carseldine Village demonstrates how green technology can tangibly benefit residents, the community, and the planet. Technological innovations are packed into every home, making them comfortable and affordable. Each home includes solar PV, battery, EV charger ready, Wi-Fi air conditioning, and heat pump hot water system.

Rider Levett Bucknall Managing Director Matt Long, who provided cost management and quantity surveying services for Carseldine Village, said the developments set the bar for property in Queensland and represent a looking glass into things to come.

“The 2023 finalists show what nation-leading sustainability, community and industrial success looks like,” Matt said.

It’s Rider Levett Bucknall’s pleasure to continue supporting this awards program which allows for Queensland’s best and brightest to be recognised at the national level.

In collaboration with RLB since 1982, the prestigious awards have promoted excellence in design and innovation in the built environment. From 157 eligible finalists, the winners were selected by a high calibre judging panel made up of 14 property specialists and chaired by Adrian Harrington.

Winners will be announced at the 2023 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation and Excellence Awards, to be held at the ICC Sydney on Wednesday 23 August 2023.
