North Shore Surgical Centre is a finalist in the Health and Medical category in the 2020 Property Council New Zealand / Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards.
Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) provided commercial certainty to Thornton Hub led by Richard Anderson.
The new three-storey building has been built to cater for the rising demand for high-quality orthopaedic surgery services in the region.
The new hospital and clinic specialises in performing keyhole orthopaedic operations, utilising the very latest surgical techniques and equipment, to provide improved outcomes and reduced wait and recovery times for patients.
The completed facility has opened with two dedicated operating theatres, catering for short stay orthopaedic surgical procedures.
The facility has been designed by Peddlethorp with the provision to offer a third operating theatre in the near future.
Together with the Property Council New Zealand, RLB is passionate about promoting and celebrating leading practice in the property sector via the Property Industry Awards program.
