A finalist in the 2020 Property Council New Zealand / Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards, Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o te Tonga o Hokianga is vying for the Education Property Award.

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) provided commercial certainty to The Ministry of Education led by Chris Haines.

Through careful consideration and commitment from the project team, other resounding positive impacts for the wider community have been achieved, which would otherwise not have been possible.

Situated on a coastal site with direct access to the beach, the location is culturally significant.

Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o te Tonga o Hokianga is owned by the Ministry of Education and was designed by Jasmax.

Together with the Property Council New Zealand, RLB is passionate about promoting and celebrating leading practice in the property sector via the Property Industry Awards program.
