In response, the projects shortlisted for the RCP Commercial Office Property Award within the 2021 Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards are reinventing the office.
While commercial tenants are looking to carefully manage their office space to remain agile and reduce costs, they also want space that connects people, fosters creativity and collaboration, and enhances human health, productivity and performance.
