Innovative design and delivery lay the foundations for creativity, collaboration and new teaching, learning and research experiences – as the projects vying for the Greenstone Group Education Property Award at the 2021 New Zealand Property Industry Awards demonstrate.

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is honoured to have provided commercial certainty towards the following projects.

1. Eccles Building, Dunedin

These projects are among 109 projects vying for the 2021 Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards on 24 November.
