Waste Management New Zealand’s new Auckland headquarters beat 114 other nominees to take home the Resene Green Building Award, the CBRE Industrial Property Award and the Rider Levett Bucknall Supreme Award at the 2020 Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards.

Together with the Property Council New Zealand, Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is passionate about promoting and celebrating leading practice in the property sector.

‘The standard of excellence in the New Zealand property industry is extremely high once again, and all the shortlisted projects deserve recognition. Judging the Property Council New Zealand Property Industry Awards is always difficult, and 2020 was no exception. In fact, they deserve extra success given the challenges everybody has faced this year. The outstanding projects nominated deserve full acclaim. Thank you to all the organisations who participated, and our sincere and heartfelt congratulations to all teams on the successful projects recognised this year,’ says RLB in Auckland Director Richard Anderson
