The Directors of Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) in New South Wales are pleased to announce Moira Swords has been promoted to Senior Associate and we have made five new appointments to our leadership team.

Moira Swords – Senior Associate, Sydney

With over 30 years of property and construction experience in the UK and Australia, Moira is a specialist in the field of property tax allowances.

Her experience covers the full scope of asset classes and a wide range of advisory services, including technical due diligence, condition reports and replacement cost assessments.

Moira has been a member of the Property Council of Australia’s National Taxation Roundtable – Income and International Tax Working Group. Her contributions have included various submissions to government. She is also a keen supporter of the Property Council of Australia’s Women in Property.

Vicky Seretis – Associate, Sydney

Vicky is a key member of our Sydney based team, having been involved in the construction industry for over ten years.

Since joining RLB, Vicky has worked on a range of projects up to $400 million, across a variety of sectors. From early design competition stages through design development, as well as providing post contract services and facilities management on project completion.

As a dedicated team member she is also responsible for delivering our Quality Assurance program and office standards.

Marko Rooseno – Associate, Sydney

Joining RLB in 2008, Marko has over nine years of professional consulting experience. With key involvements in advisory services across many facilities and project types.

Marko has worked on a range of risk assessment and commercial feasibility audits, strategic asset advisory, and technical due diligence inspections for both vendor and purchaser. He has been an independent certifier and client representative to property owners across Australia.

Marko is also actively involved with RLB Life®, a service that helps clients achieve more efficient, cost-conscious and sustainable results.

Oliver Nichols – Associate, Sydney

Since joining RLB in 2008, Oliver has been involved in a wide range of complex and high value projects across various sectors.

With local, national and global experience, he provides pre- and post-contract services, from early stage master planning and concept design through design development and procurement, to construction stage and project completion.

Oliver’s passion for sport has led to broad expertise in the sport and recreation sector, including major event/Olympic bid cost budgeting, stadia and grandstands, professional club and local community sports facilities.

Stuart McConkey – Associate, Sydney

Since joining RLB in 2001, Stuart has provided comprehensive cost management and quantity surveying services to public and private clients. He has worked across an extensive range of project sectors, including educational, research, residential, health, aged care, commercial and industrial.

Stuart provides cost management services through design, tender and construction project phases.

As part of a project consultant team, he demonstrates client benefits through continual design and cost monitoring.

He takes a particular interest in new and developing construction technologies as well as innovation within the industry, with a focus on how this can result in greater cost efficiencies to clients

Aaron Satchell – Associate, Newcastle

Since joining RLB in 2003, Aaron has worked in both the Newcastle and Northern NSW offices. He has extensive experience in estimating and cost planning, financial auditing, contract administration and project cost control on a wide range of projects.

Working across all sectors of the construction industry and at all stages of the property cycle, he aims to align our service delivery with the cost and commercial priorities of clients.

As an advocate of a long-term view, Aaron focuses on investing in planning early in projects, and on efficient, durable and sustainable outcomes.

He is also actively involved in the property development industry as a senior committee member of FutureNet Hunter Chapter and Future Directions Hunter Chapter.
