Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) in Auckland is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Associates to its senior management team.

David Street promoted to Associate

As a key member of our Auckland-based team, David has over 20 years’ experience in a wide range of project sectors, including commercial, residential, tertiary education, hospitality, retail and infrastructure.

Since joining RLB in 2014, after starting his career in the UK, he has had extensive involvement with all commercial aspects of projects.

He focuses on cost planning through all pre-contract cycles, including tender evaluation, negotiation and value management. David actively participates in the early stages of developments to provide cost effective outcomes for clients.

His career highlights include, The Carrington Resort Northland, Auckland City Rail Link, Auckland University of Technology City Campus, Auckland University of Technology South Campus, Intercontinental Hotel Westminster UK, Terminal 5 UK, The Royal Exchange, City of London UK and Royal Mint Street Mixed-Use Residential/Hotel project in the UK.

Annabelle Wells promoted to Associate 

As a dedicated team member with over 20 years’ experience, Annabelle specialises in commercial fitouts, hospitality, residential, early childhood education and aviation industry projects.

Joining RLB in 1996, she now leads the firm’s Specialist Commercial Fitout team. She has intricate knowledge of lease documents, and cost apportionment between landlords and tenants.

Focusing on cost planning and management, tender evaluation and negotiations, and value management, she actively participates in the early stages of developments to provide cost effective outcomes for clients.

Annabelle’s career highlights include, The ANZ Centre Redevelopment, Fonterra Centre, Wynyard Quarter Building C, Ernst & Young Fitout Britomart, Southern Cross Fitout Britomart, Air New Zealand Technical Operations Campus Redevelopment, Air New Zealand Lounge Upgrades, SkyCity Grand Hotel Upgrade and the Emirates International Lounges in Auckland, Perth and Melbourne.
