The Directors of Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) in Queensland are pleased to announce the appointment of Venu Kadiyala to Associate.

Venu is an Associate of The Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and brings almost 30 years’ experience as a construction consultant to the role. Venu has a wealth of experience in North Queensland across all sectors, in particular in health and education, and on major projects including Townsville University Hospital, James Cook University, and the Mater Hospital.

He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management.

‘We welcome Venu to the position of Associate and look forward to the continued growth and success of RLB in North Queensland.  Venu brings and has delivered excellence in cost planning with dedicated focus on clients achieving the maximum capital value for their project budget,’ said RLB Director Chris Marais.

‘His career trajectory from Executive Surveyor in 2019 to Associate in 2021 is testament to his commitment to the quantity surveying profession, and to improving client outcomes.

‘We would like to thank Venu for his contribution to the practice to date and congratulate him on his promotion to our management team.’
