Managing Director, Tony Moleta said, ‘We are extremely excited to welcome Mark to the Board of Directors in Victoria and look forward to all that he brings, not least his high energy, enthusiasm and progressive thinking.’
A Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Mark holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and an MBA.
‘I’m extremely excited to take on this new role at RLB as we work hard planning our strategic direction for the next five years and beyond, investing in our systems, structures and people,’ Mark said.

Managing Director, Tony Moleta said, ‘Edmond has been a great success story since arriving at RLB in Victoria in 2018. He has quickly built a highly capable and growing infrastructure team servicing some of Victoria’s highest profile projects and clients. He will no doubt bring the same successes to our management team.’

Managing Director, Tony Moleta said, ‘Upon returning to RLB, Luis has quickly established himself as a genuine and respected leader amongst his colleagues, and his promotion to the management team is a true testament to not only his hard work and dedication, but also to his qualities and traits as an individual.’
Josh Rawling – Associate
Having graduated with a Bachelor of Construction Management from the University of Melbourne, Josh joined RLB in 2010 as an undergraduate.
Seeking international experience, Josh relocated to the United Kingdom in 2014, where he worked in RLB’s London office for four years, gaining exposure on a variety of complex and iconic projects. On his return to the Melbourne office in 2018, Josh has assumed lead cost planning roles on a number of significant projects alongside clients such as Lendlease, Vicinity, GFM (Home Residential), City Harbour, and Charter Hall.
Managing Director, Tony Moleta said, ‘I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Josh since his return from our London office. He has an innate ability to comfortably integrate within project teams and this, combined with his astute advice, makes him repeatedly sought after by some of our most valued clients.’
