The Eliza Apartments has taken out the Gough Recruitment Award for Best Residential Development, at the 2016 Property Council of Australia/ Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards.

Developed by Ceerose, Eliza is one of seven RLB projects to win on the night. The RLB project team, which provided cost management and quantity surveying services, was led by former Sydney Director Damian Judge.

Ceerose actively sought an architect (Tony Owens) with a vision to ensure the building was an appropriate contextual fit, respecting the grandeur of the location. Promoting an unmistakable luxurious outcome, Eliza demonstrates excellence in every facet of its design and construction.

Managing Director of RLB in NSW, Matthew Harris said, ‘RLB is pleased to have provided cost management and quantity surveying services on this significant project.’

‘With Eliza Apartments overlooking Hyde Park in Sydney’s CBD, Ceerose showcased a commitment to creating a “contemporary classic”, which the judges applauded,’ he added.

RLB has partnered with the Property Council of Australia to present the Innovation & Excellence Awards program since its inception in 1982.

The 2016 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation and Excellence Award winners were announced on Friday 3 June, at a gala dinner at The Star Event Centre in Sydney, attended by over 900 people.
