Developers Cheops Holdings, along with project partners McKee Fehl Constructors, Architecture +, Jasmax, BlackYARD Engineering, BECA and tenant, Transpower, have been awarded the Supreme Winner of the Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards for Waikoukou, located at 22 Boulcott Street, Wellington.

Twelve RLB projects scoop awards

The evening proved very successful for RLB and the firm’s clients, with twelve RLB projects scooping awards.

Justice and Emergency Services Precinct (Christchurch) was awarded for ‘Excellence’ for the Warren and Mahoney Civic and Arts Property Award. The RLB project team was led by Grant Watkins.

Manukau Bus Station (Auckland) was awarded for ‘Merit’ for the Warren and Mahoney Civic and Arts Property Award. The RLB project team was led by Richard Anderson.

OBJECTSPACE (Auckland) was awarded for ‘Merit’ for the Warren and Mahoney Civic and Arts Property Award. The RLB project team was led by Steve Gracey.

12 Madden Street (Auckland) was awarded ‘Excellence’ for the RCP Commercial Office Property Award. The RLB project team was led by Chris Haines.

Pita Te Hori Centre / King Edward Barracks (Christchurch) was awarded for ‘Excellence’ for the RCP Commercial Office Property Award. The RLB project team was led by Malcolm Timms.

King’s School Centennial Building (Auckland) was named ‘Best in Category’ for the GIB Education Property Award. The RLB project team was led by Hamish Dackers.

Te Auaha NZ Institute of Creativity (The Cuba Dixon Redevelopment) (Wellington) was awarded for ‘Excellence’ for the GIB Education Property Award. The RLB project team was led by Tony Sutherland.

University of Auckland, Science Centre (Auckland) was awarded for ‘Merit’ for the GIB Education Property Award. The RLB project team was led by Brian Dackes and Chris Haines.

Pita Te Hori Centre / King Edward Barracks (Christchurch) was awarded for ‘Excellence’ for the Resene Green Building Property Award. The RLB project team was led by Malcolm Timms.

Goodman Fitout, KPMG Centre (Auckland) was awarded for ‘Merit’ for the Resene Green Building Property Award. The RLB project team was led by Steve Gracey.

Whenua Pupuke – Waitemata Clinical Skills Centre (Auckland) was awarded for ‘Merit’ for the Fagerhault NZ Health and Medical Property Award. The RLB project team was led by Chris Haines.

Air New Zealand Airport Campus (Auckland) was awarded for ‘Merit’ for the Hawkins Heritage and Adaptive Reuses Property Award. The RLB project team was led by Richard Anderson.

Fonterra (Auckland) was awarded for ‘Excellence’ for the Yardi Industrial Property Award. The RLB project team was led by Chris Haines.

RLB has partnered with the Property Council New Zealand to present the Property Industry Awards program since its inception in 1997.

The 2018 Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Award winners were announced on Friday 15 June, at a gala dinner at Spark Arena in Auckland, attended by over 1,500 property professionals from around New Zealand.
