Established in 1987, RLB in Christchurch is located in the heart of the CBD at 159 Hereford Street. Our team supports complex construction and advisory commissions across the South Island, working with public and private sector clients to deliver practical, commercially sound outcomes. We are active across the health, education, science, commercial and civic sectors, contributing to projects that strengthen communities and support regional progress.
Current projects include Christchurch Hospital Redevelopment, Specialist Mental Health Services at Hillmorton Hospital, the Adult Acute Facility at Hillmorton Hospital, University of Otago School of Medicine, New Dunedin Hospital, Scott Base Redevelopment in Antarctica, University of Canterbury works, Christchurch Girls’ High School, AgResearch at Lincoln, Sciences North at Lincoln University, Nectar 1 and 2 in the Christchurch CBD, The Terrace in the Christchurch CBD, and King Edward Barracks in the Christchurch CBD.
