The directors of Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) in Christchurch are pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Perrins to Director. We would like to thank Chris for his contribution to date, and congratulate him on his promotion.
Chris Perrins – Director
Chris has 28 years’ experience in a range of project sectors, including primary, secondary and higher education, residential, retail, health and the public sector in the UK and New Zealand.
Since joining RLB in 2013, he has successfully contributed to a large portfolio of major projects through his extensive cost management experience. He has been an important part of the project team for the Canterbury University Engineering the Future Building from early estimating through to completion, successfully carrying out all QS duties. In addition, Chris has been Project QS for a number of prestigious commercial office developments and several other university projects including the current Otago University School of Medicine project.
A key member of the Christchurch management team for the past two years, Chris also finds time to offer his experience to future members of the industry by lecturing in quantity surveying at Christchurch Polytechnic. Chris’ expertise in all aspects of quantity surveying has created a reputation for helping clients to achieve the best possible outcomes for their projects.
