Leigh Bool promoted to Associate
As a key member of our Brisbane-based team, Leigh has over ten years’ experience in a wide range of project sectors, including commercial, education and research, healthcare, public and civic, residential and retail.
Since joining RLB as a Cadet Quantity Surveyor in 2006, he has had extensive involvement in estimating, cost planning, bills of quantities and post contract services.
His career highlights include, Jewel Surfers Paradise, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, Gold Coast University Hospital, Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre Expansion and Townsville Men’s and Women’s Correctional Centres.

Jim Krebs promoted to Associate
A dedicated team member with over ten years’ experience working in Brisbane, Townsville and the Gold Coast, Jim has experience in all facets of the quantity surveying profession across a diverse range of projects throughout Queensland and Australia.
Jims specialist expertise includes cost management services through all stages of design and construction, from project inception to completion and handover.
He has successfully completed a multitude of major projects in public and private sectors including Queensland Children’s Hospital, Gold Coast Convention Centre, Townsville Hospital Redevelopment, QUT Science and Technology Precinct and Cleveland Youth Detention Centre.
