Welcome to Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB). We are a global independent construction, property
and management consultancy providing a full range of services to maximise value in all areas of
the built environment.
Our service areas are Cost Management & Quantity Surveying, Advisory and Project
Programming & Program Management.
RLB operates in 34 countries with more than 4,500 different, diverse and amazing people around
the world.
Our first office was established in Hong Kong in 1962. As of today, RLB’s network covers China
including Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, the Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam,
Malaysia, Cambodia and Myanmar. As one of the fastest growing regions in the world, Asian
countries have seen booming construction markets in the past decades. RLB has seized the
opportunity and participated in a number of landmark projects in the region including the Kai Tak
Sports Park, Hong Kong Palace Museum, Marina Bay Sands and many others.
We have approximately 2,400 people in the Asian region working together to make progress
happen. We believe that when we bring together the right people doing things the right way, we
make progress for our clients and our communities.
