RLB in Singapore held its popular RLB Seminar in May after three years of COVID-19 disruption.
In addition to the anchor talk on Construction Cost Trends presented by our Managing Director Silas Loh, Managing Director Colin Kin and Director Lai Sun Mei shared an update on Collaborative Contracting and NEC4. Focus was placed on the mindset change required for successful delivery of projects using collaborative procurement methods. The seminar rounded up with an open forum where Director Teoh Wooi Sin joined the panel of speakers to answer questions and exchange views.
