Philip Lo has retired from the position of Chairman after 37 years of service with RLB. He has been appointed as Consultant of the Company with effect from 1 April 2018.
Chan Choi Hing and Ho Yiu Yu have also retired as Director of RLB. They have been appointed as Consultant of the Company with effect from 1 April 2018.
Kenneth Kwan has been appointed as Chairman
Kenneth Kwan has been appointed as Chairman. He is a member of RLB’s Global Board.
Since joining in 1986, he has excelled in delivering high profile projects in the public and private sector throughout Hong Kong, Macau, China, Singapore, Cambodia, and Taiwan.
Kenneth is a highly regarded quantity surveyor and a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
Commenting on his new appointment, Kenneth said, “I am deeply honoured to take up the role of Chairman of RLB’s Hong Kong and China practices. Our colleagues and I will continue to provide professional services of international standards to our clients, and maintain our leading status in the industry.”
Ling Lam has been appointed as Managing Director
Ling Lam has been appointed as Managing Director. She is a member of RLB’s Global Board. She presently serves as the Secretary of the Association of Consulting Quantity Surveyors (ACQS).
Ling has a broad range of industry and project experience. She has successfully delivered many complex and high-profile projects for local and international clients, and in collaboration with international design teams. She has been recognised for consistently delivering high standards of excellence, and contributing to our success.
Ling is an advocate of the quantity surveying profession within the industry. She actively promotes education and training through local universities and professional institutional bodies and has served as a member of the External Examination Board for Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education.
