Anderson Chan serves as Managing Director of RLB’s North Asia region responsible for Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and South Korea offices. He is also a director of RLB’s Global Board.
Anderson plays an important role in cost planning and research. He is a member of RICS Global Working Group for the establishment of global professional statement in cost planning.
Joining RLB in 1997, Anderson has accumulated extensive industry experiences in Hong Kong and Macau, providing cost planning and surveying services for many complex and iconic projects in hotel, gaming and hospital developments.
Andreson is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a registered professional surveyor (Quantity Surveying Division) in Hong Kong, a NEC Professional and the chairperson of QSD sustainability subcommittee of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. He holds a Master of Business Administration with distinction and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Economics and Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
