Bill Cai retired from the position of Director of our North Asia region and was appointed as Consultant of the Company on 1 January 2026.
With over 30 years’ experience in the Chinese Mainland, Bill has worked on major projects such as a 600-metre tower and a 1 million square-metre mixed-use development.
