Colin Kin

Colin Kin is the Managing Director of RLB in Singapore and a Principal of its regional practices. He is also the President Director of RLB in Indonesia, and the Deputy General Director of RLB in Vietnam.

Joining RLB in 1993, Colin has over 30 years’ experience in high profile, large and complex fast-track projects in Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore. He was the Project Director for the iconic Marina Bay Sands from inception to completion.

He is heavily involved in driving professionalism in the Singapore QS industry, is a SISV Quantity Surveying Division Executive Council Member, and a past board member of the RICS Singapore Board. He is also an advocate of mediation in Singapore, is a SISV Panel Mediator, a past panel member of the Singapore Strata Titles Board, and has undertaken Neutral Evaluator appointments for major disputes.

Colin strongly believes in adopting non-adversarial methods for project and contract administration to ensure win-win project outcomes. He is an industry champion for the adoption of Collaborative Contracting in Singapore, and has attained his NEC4 ECC Project Manager Accreditation.

  • Recipient of 2023 MND Medallion for Distinguished Service, for his contributions to the MND family as a Panel Member of the Singapore Strata Titles Board (2013 – 2023).
  • Recipient of 2024 MND Medallion for Distinguished Service, for his contributions to the iBuildSG Tripartite Committee.
