Jolly Joy Cantero

Jolly Joy Cantero is Director & Assistant Vice President for Operations for Visayas Region of RLB in the Philippines.

Joining the firm in 2011 as a licensed civil engineer, Jolly Joy has almost 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. She has performed a wide range of quantity surveying works for projects both locally and outside the Philippines.

Her expertise also extends to post-contract services; leading and assisting cadet engineer teams in the preparation of monthly interim certificates, change order management and cost reports/cash flow documentation for various projects.
