Ling Lam

Ling Lam retired from the position of Managing Director of our North Asia region and Global Board Director, and was appointed as Consultant of the Company on 1 April 2026.

Ling is a respected professional in the built environment sector who combines strong project leadership with a steadfast commitment to advancing the industry. As a senior leader at RLB, she and her team have successfully delivered numerous complex projects that have earned significant accolades and industry awards.

Her public service reflects her dedication to the broader profession, including high‑level advisory roles such as serving on the RICS Hong Kong Regional Advisory Board, contributing to the Development Bureau’s Task Force for Security of Payment Legislation, and supporting various industry task committees, including during her tenure as Chairperson and Vice‑Chair of ACQS.

A passionate advocate for elevating the quantity surveying profession, Ling has delivered talks, CPDs, served as a long‑standing assessor for professional examinations across professional institutions, and acted as a juror for major industry awards, helping to shape professional standards and foster new talent. Her contribution to education includes serving as a guest lecturer for HKU’s MSc programme, delivering CIC Master Classes, and previously acting as an external examiner for university programmes.

Through her public speaking, thought leadership and active professional engagement, Ling continues to champion industry excellence, and strengthen the visibility and impact of the QS profession.
