Noel Clemeña is a Director for Business Development and Chief Finance Officer of the Rider Levett Bucknall Philippines Inc. He started in RLB in 2002. Three years after, he received a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Over his 18 years of service in the company, he headed different departments including System Administration, Finance, Accounting & Purchasing, Quality Assurance and Business Development.
With his dedication and skills, Noel received certifications such as Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) in 2019, ISO 45001:2018 Internal Audit Training and ISO 45001:2018 OSH Awareness Seminar in 2018; ISO 9001:2015 Awareness in 2016 and Advance MBA in 2014.
