He is also the Deputy General Director of RLB Vietnam and a Director of RLB Indonesia and Myanmar.Peter joined RLB in 1993 and has over 25 years’ experience as a professional quantity surveyor. He has a background in commercial, resort, institutional, and infrastructure projects in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia.Peter’s expertise includes strategic consultation, construction cost management, contracts and procurement, and advisory services.
