Serene Wong is the General Director of the RLB Vietnam office, besides that she also heads the RLB Myanmar office as a Director and is a Senior Associate of RLB Singapore.
Serene has over 25 years’ experience in quantity surveying and construction cost management. Her expertise covers residential, institutional, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, conservation and religious building projects.
