Tiffany Chan is a Managing Director of RLB’s North Asia region responsible for Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and South Korea office.
Joining RLB in 1998, Tiffany has extensive knowledge and experience in multiple aspects of residential, commercial and industrial projects. She specialises in providing full professional quantity surveying services for public sector projects including offices, sports facilities, law courts, cultural, recreational, boundary control point and residential projects. She is familiar with different types of procurement strategies including New Engineering Contracts.
