Tim Ngai is a Director of RLB’s North Asia region.
Joining RLB in 2002, Tim was based in Wuhan for four years as the first person-in-charge of Wuhan Office. Tim has also been involved in a variety of projects including commercial, residential, mixed-used, theme park and super high-rise building across Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and Korea.
He specialises in contract management and project management, and acquired extensive knowledge of International contract systems and feasibility study for overseas project.
