William Lim

William Lim is a Director of RLB in Singapore.
He is a seasoned industry veteran, with over 20 years of project and construction management experience.
Prior to joining RLB, William was an Executive Director with Arcadis leading the Project & Programme Management Team.
William has amassed experience in commercial, healthcare, hotels & leisure, infrastructure, sport, and public & civic projects. Notable projects include the Our Tampines Hub, the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre, Mandai Park Development and the Tan Tock Seng Hospital Medical Tower.
William holds a Master of Science in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Building (Hons).
He is a Council Member of the Society of Project Managers, a Member of Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, and a Member of the Project Management Institute.
