Winston Hauw

Winston Hauw is a Senior Advisor to RLB Singapore. He was the former Managing Partner and Principal of RLB Singapore and its South-East Asian practices. He retired from the Singapore Partnership in 2016. Winston has over 40 years’ experience in quantity surveying, project and construction cost management, and built asset advisory services. He has worked as a principal on many landmark and iconic mega construction projects in Singapore and regionally.

Active in the professional community, Winston was an Honorary Advisor to the Real Estate developers’ Association of Singapore (REDAS). Winston sits on the Strata Titles Board and the Appeals Board (Land Acquisition) panel of assessors, as well as the Singapore International Mediation Centre and Singapore Institute of Architects’ panel of experts. He is also an Adjudicator of the Singapore Mediation Centre. Among his other industry engagements, Winston is also a board member of a major listed company on the Singapore Exchange. Winston is currently an Adjunct Professor at the College of Design and Engineering, National University of Singapore.
