Yang Zhuo

Yang Zhuo has been responsible for many foreign, Hong Kong and private developers’ projects across a number of sectors, including large scale commercial complex, Grade A office building, high-quality residence, hotel, etc. He has accumulated vast experiences in cost management and contract management under different cultural backgrounds.

Mr. Yang is also in charge of the entire process of cost management and estimation services for two theme parks in Shanghai and Beijing. He is familiar with the cost control of theme park projects.

Having accumulated years of experience, Mr. Yang is able to provide specific contract planning and cost management strategies for different projects. He assists developers to covert macro project objectives into manageable planning and procedures at each stage of the project development cycle.
